Paris Hilton's former BFF got four days in the pokey today for DWI.
Instead of just being "drunk" though, Nicole Richie was allegedly on Vicodin and pot. She was driving the wrong way along a busy L.A. freeway. Good times. That she didn't kill anybody could be a testament to just how skilled a driver she is, although I've always said NASCAR would be quite a bit more interesting if all the drivers were wasted.
Did I say interesting? I meant deadly.

I have only been drunk driving once, and it was really fun. Of course it was on a go cart course with a bunch of my girlfriends in college, and we had a designated driver for the trip to and from the course. A big part of the fun was how slow our reactions were while driving tipsy and how much we overcompensated when we missed turns and subsequently spun out. It really showed me how STUPID it would be to try to drive on the streets when I am even a little bit tipsy. Maybe this should be a required field trip for all 18 year olds.
As for these stupid chits, if you are rich and famous, HIRE A DRIVER!!!!!
