I totally got the backlighting wrong here. I'm such a dope ... considering I work at a television station and actually watch them set up lights in our newsroom every day, how did I not remember that the backlight goes behind the camera?

Nevertheless, this entire YouTube process is a learning experience. Not sure that I taught anybody anything, but I did announce that playingiseasy.com is a venture I'm starting -- a free venture -- for people who have always wanted to learn how to play the piano but didn't want to take or who couldn't afford to get private lessons.
